Good Dealer

I took My 03 with 41k into the dealer with the complaints of smokey exhaust and diesel smell from the drivers side at the front of the bed. This is what they found and did.
Performed 18 tests or diagnosics. Diesel order was a cracked Y pipe, replaced with exhaust gaskets and lt side exhaust inltet y pipe assembly; smokey exhaust, replaced actuator asy, sensor asy and valve asy-mod. Then they went onto replace egr valve, ebp sensor, vgr actuator. Also found oil leak, blacklighted, replaced rear main seal. The dealer had the truck for 2 days. I did a small road highway road trip, 185 miles at 70-75mph, regular driving and got 18.4 mpg, flat terain, best ever. The truck runs better than ever, everything is stock, alway has been. Earnhardt Ford in Phx, on Baseline, they did me good. Thank god for extended warentees.

Re: Good Dealer

AZ AL,
I've had great service from Bell Ford, I have had my truck at other dealers in the valley including another local dealer where I bought my truck but could not find a service writer that new more about the trucks than my ten year old until I tried Bell Ford. Glad to hear you found someone you can trust with your truck.
