I believe FordMastertech is in Conn. Not sure how close he is to you but he seems to have found a clue or two when it comes to PSDs.
thanks ill look it up . my 04 is a good truck just needs to have oil leak stopped. operating a business myself. i cant believe the service that some dealers provide. im thankful to my customers they feed my kids . i bet those of us with problem trucks would feel much better if someone seemed to care. shame on bill ford . guy doesnt have a clue why ford is losing market share. i guess thats why toyota will be the #1 automaker in the world in 2006.
I bought and service my truck at Monaco Ford..Glastonbury,CT. they are a very large dealer that sells and services TRUCKS, (Alot of trucks) I can't believe how good they are!!I would say the are a top notch dealer and they will fix your truck no problem. They are located off I-91
Sarat Ford in Agawam, MA. Just over the boarder off 91. They are sending a tow truck up to NH to get my 450 this week. They do lots of trucks and vans. Great dealer.
I live in fairfield county too and I will be going to Brewster Ford...only about 12 miles for me. They are the biggest Ftruck dealer in this area. I will be there in a month for my 1st 5k service so I can't vouch for them first hand but I have heard from a few others they are good with diesels. Most of what's on the lot are diesel work trucks. http://brewsterford.com/

Problem is you are near the Gold Coast. The dealers there only service Town Cars, Crown Vics, and 500s. You need to go to the country to find a dealer that knows trucks.
Winsted, Torrington, and Litchfield all have knowledgeable diesel techs. I believe FordMasterTech is in East Hartford.
A little bit of drive, but Bennington Motor Company in Bennington, Vermont. Ask for Larry. Best diesel tech around. And while you're there, you can check out the Boss Hoss's in the show room.
Amazing what you can do with a big block Cheby.
