Gravity fill kits

Has anyone heard of getting an error code or the PCM messing up because the fuel gauge doesn't move after 200 miles due to the continous fill?

Thanks in advanced,

Yes. You will get an error code and the CEL will illuminate.

But will it actually mess up the PCM? Can I just reset the error code?

No it won't, and yes you can. If you have something to clear codes.

I think my brothers Dmax does the same thing. He installed an electric solenoid so he could open/close the gravity flow from his tank.
