Head Gaskets

First make sure your Ford Dealer actually even has a true Diesel Tech, It took numerous visits and me pointing stuff out at a now out of business Ford Dealer to find out they haven't had a Diesel Tech in 2 years! Anyone can do oil changes I guess? Any way after having my EGR cooler replaced twice and being told they could not duplicate my concern I took my truck to a Dealer that had a "commercial dept" that had numerous Diesel Tech's that the told me my truck had warped heads ,blown head gaskets and some bad injectors. Took them 3 days to fix it in Monday out Thursday afternoon, Haven't had a problem since aside from me needing it to get a reflash to get rid of the awful buzzing from the injectors at shut off!

i wouldn't worry about it... almost every 6.0 i've seen pukes... Even the built ones do. in the last diesel power magazine they showed the 6.0s on the dyno with oil pans under their front end to catch the coolant... as long as your trucks runs well your all set!!
