Help with a cut-out problem in 6.0

Hello all,
Im new to the site, but have been lurking for a few days. I have a question with my o4 stroker. She just started to cut-out intermitintly. it only does it occasionaly but on my 300 mile one way weekly commute it might do it 3 times and it might do it once. there is no consistant stimulation to the cut out. it does while cruise is engaged, it has done it while accelerating to pass, it has done it on flat land and up and down hills. the load doesnt seem to have an effect on it. when it does it it turns off the cruise and/or tow-haul. and turns on the glow plug lamp and the water in fuel lamp. the check engine light does not come on. the engine acts like when your foot slips off the accelerator. the two warning lights will cycle off almost instantly and as soon as they go off you have full throttle response again and you turn the cruise control again and/or reacativate the tow haul. She has new fuel filters and the cutout started about 2000 miles into the new filters and the last oil change. it also started about 3000 miles after replaging the EGR valve. i have have never encountered this problem before. Any ideas? thank yall for any assistance..

Could be 1 of many things.....it is not uncommon to replace an engine harness to correct the the concern you are describing. Would recommend checking for any codes present.

I second the codes. Get it scanned. It might lead you in the right direction. Keep us informed.

Mine has done this. All Iv done to try and fix it was check all ground connections, any wire chaffing around the FICM, and something I wiggled or did around the fuse box made it stop at least for now. Its gotta be a loose connection or fuse that intermitantly looses contact and causes a problem.
