Do the oil filter housing fill test, and check the LPO pressures with a mechanical gauge first.... (you will need a -4 ORS male to 1/8" NPT female adapter, which may not be readily available in your neck of the woods) At least do the oil filter housing fill test....

ALso look at the HPO rail connectors - mine did the same as yours - blown 'o' ring on the connector. Good Luck !!!
