Got the radiator flushed, hoses changed, zoodad mod, and belt changed. All went well.
Put it all back together, and boom... The tube on the passenger side keeps blowing off. It is ok at mid to 3/4 throttle, but full a couple times and it comes off right behind the alternator. The tube side of the rubber boot that connects into the turbo. I have put it back on about 4 times.
At this point the clamp is completely tight, as in the spring is fully compressed. I have inserted the tube all the way in til the rubber boot is all the way to the tube taper. I have just this last time backed off the amount I inserted into the boot a little since it looks like it is in the groove now. Rather than all the way to the taper. However, I do not think this was the way it was when I first took it apart.
I also have wiped the inside of the rubber boot clean, and the outside of the tube where they mate up...
Do I need to replace the rubber boot? Are all the clamps the same for all the tubes?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance...

Sometimes these boots become oil soaked from the crankcase ventillation carrying oil over. The best thing is to re-route the ccv - either through a filter and back OR just to the atmosphere. If it is oil soaked, the boot probably should be replaced.
If you want to try to re-use the old boot, clean it with brake cleaner, rough it up with coarse steel wool and apply some hairspray to it just before installing it.
Sometimes the boot blows off due to over boosting (many times due to turbo vanes sticking).
I put screws in mine, it dented the hood when it blew off while hauling my boat, no problems since. I drilled the holes and then cut the screws off short so there wasn't any obstruction.

Also, cleanliness is very important. An oily hose or turbo snout is very hard to grip onto.
I use brake cleaner on a rag to clean the contact area where it clamps.
