You don't have to do it on any Power Stroke. Frankly, the video suggesting you do, is one reason why I place little faith in that guy.. Granted, when you change your oil, you don't end up changing what is in the HPOP reservoir, but we are talking about 1 quart of oil, that will mix with the fresh 14 quarts the minute you fire up the engine....
