Injectors - how do you know if bad

I have done a couple searches and haven't found my answer. How do you know if your injectors are going bad? Do they throw a code or do you gradually notice the tk has less and less power? I had a fuel regulator replaced about a month ago and since then I perceive the truck is not 'takin off' like it used to. I am presuming that since the fuel regulator was bad, so was the fuel pressure to the injectors and we all know how sensitive the injectors are to low fuel pressure.

to figure out which and if a injector is bad you would need to do a buzz test on the injectors and probably a cylinder contribution test. typically if you had 1 bad injector the truck would stumble and run really rough. if you have 2 or more bad injectors then you would likely not be able to start the truck. when was the last time you changed the fuel filters on your truck?

just changed the filters in early sept. No stumbling or rough, it just seems that the truck is a little sluggish sometimes. Could just be me.
