I Have a similar issue, truck has been to dealership 2 times for coolant loss issues again recently , 1st loose hose clamp, 2nd new degas cap (knew is was all wrong due to the fact that it was blowing coolant when the boost went over 20lbs).
But in all honesty after the new cap went on, it was fine for a day and half. Then all heck broke loose.
My truck had the EGR cooler, Oil Cooler, Head Gaskets, Air to Air Cooler, replaced and APR studs installed, already. Turbo cleaned, Egr Valve cleaned etc About 3 months ago.

Yesterday, truck blew all the coolant, and on a 300 mile trip went thru 5 gallons of it. Along with 40 gallons of fuel. (towing a 7x14 cargo trailer at about 2500 lbs).
Truck struggled just to maintain 65 mph, never came out of 4th. Boost was 23 to 25lbs the whole time. Even Down hill i was still pushing 20lbs of boost.

Collant was blowing out so fast at times I was leaving wet tire tracks, Side of my Truck is covered in coolant, the Trailer is covered in coolant, Windshield sprayed with coolant, under hood was wet from side to side, underside of the truck will never ever freeze either.

Went into the Dealership this morning and they all ran for cover. As this is my 3rd trip there in 8 days.
This time i got the topdog Diesel Mech and "6.0 expert" came out, Degas almost empty again, took one look at the underside of the cap. Said it was contaminated, Brought out some sort of test Tube type thing with a dark blue liquid in it, and stuck it on the degas bottle, and reved the heck out the truck. Nothing happened, and he kept looking at it. Ran it to the floor for a good minute and shook is head and shut off the truck, walked to the front and it all of a sudden it blew the blue liquid all over the place as we both took a step back.

He pulled if off and looked at the Fluid which was now a light green, "Yup Hyrocarbon contamination".
We then took the truck for a drive. As he Watch all the gauges, and Agreed there were some serious issues, His main thought was a cracked head, and the mechanic that did the head gaskets should have caught it. But also did express that he really didn't have a lot of cofidence in that mechanic as he was not as thorough has he should be and often skiped things to get a job out the door faster.

So she is spending Xmas and most likely the rest of the year at the dealership. Possibly getting new heads this time.
