Lawyer for help on buy back - Diesel Forum

Hi

Has anyone ever used a lawyer to help with the buy back. I'm on my 2nd faulty diesel truck and the DSB board is NOT going to grant me with any options. So I thought it would be the best to have a lawyer's help?

You should exhaust all other options before going legal. If you do not you will have the fact you did not work against you.

Plus once an attorney is involved they will stop any negotiations and talks of any nature till the court settles it.

So are you saying that the DSB has heard your case and turned you down on your current truck? If so, what reason did they give you?

If the DSB has turned you down, you're only choice may be a Lemon Law case. You'll need to find a lawyer in your state since every state's LL's are different. Expect the process to take a long time, though.
