little help with DTCs please

I have a few DTCs that I need a little help with.

P0402 - excessive EGR flow
P0132B - Turbo Boost?

What are the causes and fixes for these codes?

I took the EGR out and cleaned it with a brush and rag. It was not very dirty. Replaced o-rings and reinstalled the EGR. Codes came back.

I will tackle the ICP sensor this weekend for the P2285 code. Is there another name for this part? I can't seem to find it in any of the catalogs using ICP? I removed front drive line and it is accessible from the bottom. Wiggled the wires to make sure it was not just a bad connection - code came back. Is the part # 3C3Z-9F838-EA for the ICP for the 2003 6.0L?

What tests would you do?
What kind of tests can I do at the house?
What kind of noise(s) would it make if the turbo is sticking?
