Loud chirping noise 6.0 2007 WITH VIDEO

2007 F550 w. 6.0 engine. Approx 75 000 miles. Yesterday, engine started running rough, and you can clearly hear a loud chriping noise from the engine. We have removed the drive belt, so it's not a pulley/water pump issue. Tranny oil looks great, engine oil has no particles, but you can see some metallic "traces" in the oil, no particles can be felt.

Please see video here:

YouTube - Ford 6.0 strange noise...

Please note, engine stopped by itself - to much load!!
We ran diagnostics, 2nd cylinder misfire/low contribution. Computerized compression tests show 3 cylinders are >10% compression loss.

Any ideas?

Remove the valve covers and oil rails to inspect the valve train.
