Low Turbo Boost, Bad MPG, Heavy Black Exhaust

I have a 2005 F250 w/ 6.0, 4x4 Automatic with 93,xxx Miles. Until this week I have had no troubles at all with thyis diesel and typically averaged 19 to 20 MPG on the highway when not towing.. This week wile pulling a loaded car hauler I lost Turbo Boost Pressure, it wilol not go above 12 psi, when it gets up to 9 or 10 psi it soundas like a wind tunnel, is bellowing heavy Black Exhaust and MPG is down to 10 or 11. HELP!!!
