My dealer will buy aftermarket

I think I have my truck service manager is willing to purchase the aftermarket filters you guys talk about if I can prove they are of the same quality as Ford.
Can some one give me the prices for the oil, fuel and transmission filters from Filter1 ?
Also if you have any proof they are the same please post that also. thanks in advance for your help.

You have to sign up with filter1, and prices vary on quantity. They are primarily a fleet supplier, so it would be best if your fleet manager did the sign up & let them know what types of quantity he'd be looking at.

Vehicles underwarranty are only going to get FMC approved parts. So, you'll also have to convince FMC. JMO! Non-warr. work probably same, but given choice of MC or off brand parts would be novel idea. However, I doubt you'll see that happen. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif[/img]

MC parts just to $$$ at dealers. Been like that forever. Recently paid $4.40 for (1) the copper o.drain plug gasket. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img] Can get cheaper elsewhere, just was convenient cause dropped my 6L off for warr/svc. Dealer/parts dept. usually gets me at some point in time.
