Sorry to hear you are having problems...you are not alone. Im in the process also of getting Ford to buy back my 2004 Lemon. Long story but the yahoos at Ford are clueless as to how to diagnose and fix these trucks. Mine could be a simple wire harness replacement for which there is a recall for, but the idiots at FOMOCO refuse to replace it. Truck does no run at all, has been in the shop now over 6 weeks, with no end in sight. Engineer states "cant duplicate customer concern"... what a bunch of bull!!! Lemon law here in N.Y. is under 18k miles or 2 years, or in the shop more than 30 days, and 4 or more attempts...mine more than qualifies in all 3 categories. Will never buy a Ford again. They have the worst CUSTOMER SERVICE out there. Good luck with yours.
