Need help

I have a 2004 F-350,6.0L when i drive down the road when the engine gets hot, it will spit and sputter, and it will cut off when i come to a stop light. I have noticed that the antifreeze has been low. The engine light has never come on, and the temp level has not changed and is reading normal. There are no leaks under the truck

Are you seeing white smoke out of the tail pipe? Pull the EGR valve and see if it is wet. If it is then you got a blown EGR cooler. The other cause could be blown head gaskets. I would not drive it around like that.
