Need Help. Rough starting when cold and no codes

OK, So, my truck is starting rough in the morning (again). When the truck sits overnight, it starts right up, but runs very rough with no power until warm. I had to replace 2 injectors over the winter, and immediately thought it was another injector going bad. I took it to the shop, he scanned it, and said there are no codes, and the injectors are fine. I also have a brand new FICM in it, so I know that isn't the problem.

My mechanic said he thinks it could be the Cam Sensor, but I can't really find any info to support that. While it is a cheap part, and I can replace it myself, I hate to do it on a guess.

Anyone have any other ideas, or info to back up the cam sensor guess?

And once warm, it will run fine, and start fine all day.

I am not saying it is pure magic and filled with pixie dust but on my 06 350 the starts were getting really lumpy with cylinder contribution codes even setting on colder days. I got the latest flash done on it as a friend who is a diesel tech at a Ford store told me this flash was having good results on trucks with that problem without FICM issues.
It worked. No more cold lumpies.
Even if that doesn't do the trick the flash may be worth it to get a warning on oil temp vs coolant temp spread.
