need some 6.0 engine help from you experts please

Morning All

I need a little help once again. Not sure if you read my other posts? I have an 05 f-350 6.0 auto that we just did EGR cooler, oils cooler and head gaskets on. we have gotten the truck running and it runs and idles well with one exception. The truck has a problem under load from idle to about 1500 rpms. she sutters and skips un until about 1600 rpms, then she is off like a shot. it feels and acts like there is not boost down low. the truck also has lots of black smoke until the higher rpms. this appears to be over fueling. also she seems to be drinking some engine oil. she has blue smoke at idle but this also clears up in the higher rpm. please keep in mind we are pretty limited with scanners etc. if any of you can think of any basic tests we could run please let me know.
thanks for the help

Rich

How many miles since you did the work?? It takes a few miles (at least 100) to get all the air out of the HPOP system after you open it up like you did for that work.....
