New Owner 04 F250

I just bought a 04 F250 a few days back. New to the 6 liter. I had a 91 F250 with a Banks for many years and got out the of the Diesels for a year. Truck was bought from a REPO and is a little dirty inside that I will spend some time cleaning up.
Drove home from Calgary nice, but had some hesitation and white smoke around 2400 rpm. Getting that checked out on Monday. Ran good if I kept the RPM's under that. Had good MPG on the trip home also.
Be nice pulling my trailer with this.

The first thing I would do is change all of the fluids and filters that should have been changed in those 164k km. It is likely the previous owner did not keep up the maintenance. Good luck

It was a Fleet truck and was maintained regularly. I had the Tranny and transfer case flushed when I got home. Changed the oil over to a Synthetic. I had my old diesel shop do an inspection and repair anything they came across. So far so good . My hesitation/smoke issue at 2400 rpm seems to have stopped the last week. I ran some Cleaner through the tank.
Put some new OEM running boards on today.
