New vibrations detected

6.0L Power Stroke Engine and Drivetrain Discussion of the 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine and drivetrain in the 2003-Up Super-Duties and Excursions. No gas engine discussion allowed except on transmissions and drivetrain that pertain to all models. Please confine discussion of topics in this forum to those items that are specific to the 6.0L Power Stroke engine.

snakeii Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2008 Posts: 3 iTrader: (0) My Photos: (0)	New vibrations detected 06' F-350 Super-duty King Ranch crew cab 6.0liter Took in to get oiled for the winter. As soon as I left the garage, I noticed the truck vibrating more than usual. It is only noticeable when idling or doing just under 80k/hr with RPMS @ around 12 - 1500, a lot louder too. No engine light, took to Ford dealer for diagnostic and it came up clean. They suggested taking externals apart (exhaust, turbo, etc) to pinpoint problem (ya right). If it is the turbo, would the vibration not be bad all the time? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and probably cheaper. Thanks,
