I need some Help. I have a 2006 f350 6.0 150,000 miles iv been having problems with it starting on the 1st crank every now and then this week. so I have AutoEnginuity's Scan Tool and by the time I used it the truck was running and my injection psi was matching the desired Psi. So I thought it mite be bad fuel so I put some fuel additive in. No problems all day until my way home I stopped at a store and no start at all!! I connected AutoEnginuity in and now I'm only getting 325 psi and I know you need 500 or so.Now Iv had the hpop seal replaced before so I'm not sure if the sensor could be bad or i have a bad seal again. I need some suggestions please. :-(

My truck left me on the side of the road yesterday and it sounds about like your describing yours did. And now it will not start at all.... Could you give a little more detail on what you did to fix it?
Thanks

The pictures above are the two seals on the driver's side oil rail plug. Looks like he replaced that part. It was diagnosed by the oil not having enough pressure when warm, but when less viscosity (meaning the oil is "thicker") when cold, it didn't leak out as much past the worn seals and was able to start. Is that what you are asking?

did you have loss in power while running with this issue? i'm sorta having the same deal, but hit and miss when its hot. went two weeks not starting AT ALL when the motor was up to temp and terrible throttle response once it was up and going and up to temp. this past week it didn't miss a lick and would start all day hot or cold and throttle was good...just home from a 45 minute drive, some highway and it wouldn't start...i unplugged the icp and it fired right up. plugged it back in and it fired back up...so...i'm going to have to dig deap and find this problem before its a problem....thanks
