oil aeration?

What is the most common cause of oil aeration on the 6.0? my truck starts and runs like a champ when stone cold, but as soon as it warms up it runs like crap! stalls will not start until cold again. if you keep the rpms up to 1500 it will stay running sounds like crap. if you get it going down the road and rpms up 2000^ it has lots of power but as soon as it comes to idle it will stall. fuel pressure is 55 psi at idle filters have been changed. no codes in ecm, new icp sensor.

Usually overfilling it. putting 15 quarts in after an oil change will put it just a wee bit overfull on the dipstick. Another cause is fuel in oil. Usually overfull will result in romps.

If this were an 05, I'd suspect the STC fitting at the HPOP, but the 03 doesn't have that type of fitting. I'd say you have a leak someplace, or the ICP is failing.
