oil cooler replaced w/ better

well thats what service said.
just blew an egr cooler and had it fixed under warranty. dealer said the oil coolers clogging were the reason for these failures. he said Ford has a new and improved oil cooler to address this issue. they did install this as well
just wondering if this has really solved this cooler failure?
btw my truck is still completely stock
