oil leak?

hi to everyone out there,I really have two questions, 1st ihave a couple drops of oil running down the side of my 2005 6.0 it is on the out side of engine left side closest to driver feet, does any one have an ideah? 2nd ijust changed my fuel filters yesterday, i cycled the key 4 times and it fired right up however i have started it twice today and the fuel pump changed tones half way through its initial 3 second prime. i used all ford parts. any thoughts and advise will be greatly appreaciated, thankyou and GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

Are you sure that is oil?

Also, the fuel pump always changes tones as far as i know....maybe you just never payed it attention til you had done the work?

Also, two speed sensors, and about 13 damn tail light bulbs.....
