Exclamation Oil Pressure Regulator Failure

The following has happened since I bought this 2005 F-250 6.0/ Diesel.:
EGR cooler leaked - Replaced but leaked again within 1 month. I live in Suriname - South America and no regs on emissions so plugged the coollant in- and outlet on EGR cooler.
Since then I have had to replace the High Oil Pressure regulator 3 times allready!!!
We found that the micro screen filter at the bottom of the regulator cracjed/tore/broke on each of the first two ! ! WHY and HOW??

When installing the third regulator the micro screen filter was removed first, but again, same problem!!!!

Please advise.

What can be the cause of the regulator failures?

How often do you change your oil? What filters do you use?

There is no high pressure oil regulator. Do you mean the IPR solenoid mounted on the high pressure oil pump or do you mean the engine oil cooler?
