Please Help.....'04 6.0l Powerstroke Seals

My mechanic having huge issue finding seal that goes between oil rail and injector. ICP sensor went bad, and in all the cranking, we're being told that excessive cranking will blow these seals. We're also being told you cannot get just the seal , you have to buy the entire injector. Please tell me I dont have to buy 8, $300.00 injectors for $5.00 worth of o-rings?

that is correct the seal in the top of the injector is not replaceable. if they are leaking then you have to replace the entire injector. sux i now esspecially if on your dime. you should be able to tell which seal is leaking buy pulling valve cover and looking for excesive oil leaking thats what we always did at IH dealer. then your only replacing the bad one. usally only the weakist one will blow saving all the others.
