purchaing used truck

i am looking to upgrade trucks, i have a 97 f250 with 216000 miles and has always treated me well. i have heard bad things about the 6.0 do they all have problems or just the early ones, i am looking 2005-2006, if purchased i will probably do exhaust, air intake, and tuner, will this motor have issues with that,

THEY ALL HAVE PROBLEMS IF YOU CHIP THEM I HAVE A 05 6.0 WITH 177K ON THE CLOCK WITH NO PROBLEMS BUT IT HAS NEVER BEEN CHIPPED LOOKED @ YOUR SIGNITURE AND IF YOU GOING TO DO THAT TO ANY 6.0 YOU (WILL!) HAVE MAJOR ENGINE (HEAD GASKET) FAILURES I HAVE A 6.0 WITH NO PROBLEMS BUT I WOULD NEVER TRADE MY 7.3 FOR ANY 6.0
