Question about the surging issues
As a proud member of the 6.0 surge-O-matic club, I have a question for those that might know.
Is there any potential damage to injectors, (or anything else for that matter) in the long term, if the problem is not found? EVER
reason I ask is, it seems to be a daunting task for a tech to repeatedly try to find a concern that is so intermittent, (and if I put myself in their shoes, well I might run.)
I have come to the conclusion that it may be something that I must accept as a special attribute of an otherwise good truck
it is just hard to keep paying for diagnostics with no result, or (thinking of), throwing parts at it with no results
while there may be many causes for the surging, the effect seems to be consistant
