?? Radiator Wet/Buildup ??

Noticed on Passenger side of Radiator that about mid way there is a manufactor hole with buildup and slightly wet as well as along that whole outer core in that area there is buildup of what looks to be anti freeze along the edge. Looks to me like my Radiator is leaking and will need to be replaced. Any Thoughts??? Possible Causes??? Truck has 42,000 Miles and the Coolant System hasn't been flushed yet.

defect in the radiator... sometimes things just fail whether its due to poor materials used to make it or a craftsmanship defect.
