slow starting

alright guys just got done doing headgaskets and studs today and the truck is running great after it starts.it was doing the same thing before i done the studs and gaskets.i went ahead and done the egr delete,new glow plugs, uvc's,gp relay,oil return line,injector o rings,up pipe,and the sensor under the turbo (cant remember the name of the sensor but it had oil coming out of it).i thought it might had been the aftermarket oil filter so i went back to the motorcraft and it is still doing it.i talked with a tech at the dealer and he said that it could also be that sensor that i replaced because the oil was coming out of it.hpop has no leaks and this is kind of aggervating when starting it up each time.my neighbor has a 05 and it starts immediately and yet mine spins over several several times before it catches.its worse when cold and still does it afte it hot just not quit as bad.what could be my problem?

i believe the sensor that was replaced is called the icp?not sure though
