Mine did something similar and it ended up being the FICM. It did this twice (my fault) and both times it was the FICM and at least 3 injectors. Turn the key on and if you don't hear the injectors cycling then it is probably the FICM.
Well, I guess there is always the emergency fuel cut-off switch ...... or maybe wire chaffing.
How do you know you are getting 500 psig oil pressure? Where did you choose to get the pressure reading?
What year model truck and are there any mods?
Was the ICP wiring harness oil soaked?
i checked my pressure in th icp port, the year model is a 2004, and it really wasnt soaked and to the other question about the ficm i had it programmed and ive checked my fuses i think im going to pull the icp fuse out tommorrow and try and crank it but im lost as hell now i never had any problem like this

Try throwing some more parts on it. Try a turbo, then an EGR valve, then a EP sensor, then another crank sensor, then an engine harness, then an oil cooler. That outta fix it. Hopefully you aren't some kind of mechanic working on a customer's truck.

S..Im not a tec. just curious. IIRC..recently icp talked about. Said eng. would run with it unplugged..but..will it start unplugged? As mentioned...
Are glow plugs etc ok? PCM could be bad? Anyway to get one from another 04 or ? New one's aren't programmed. Do a simple plug/play & see what happen's? Update if u can.
IPR valve is involved with ICP but u say icp psi ok which may mean IPR valve is ok, but I'm sort of guessing? You might consider reinspect what you've already done..unless already done. Good luck!
I have a 2005 power stroke that has been having problems with no power. When I start it it has a real bad idle. When I press the excelorator to the floor there still is know power. If it starts it runs rough.
