Steering Not Returning!!!!!!!!!

Ive gonna thur alot of troubleshooting and wasting money and the problem is still there.

4 moog ball joints (upper and lower)
brand new steering gear box installed
truck alined (0.1 +/-)
4 nitto grapplers (@ 70 psi all Around)

now what , what can be holding the steering from returning??
Please help im going nuts and driving my truck with a cast on my right wrist is bad just imagine not returning its like driving a boat around miami.

Had the same issue. Had steering box replaced. Fixed. That was the 3rd one in 6 months.

All dealer replaced under warranty as well as most all the front end in between all 3 steering boxes.

They said this last time the internals failed in the box. It sounded like I was really lucky it did not seize up driving down the road from the way they acted and what they said/did not say if you know what I mean...

Asking the obvious here but want to check anyway. When they checked alignment it included caster, not just toe? I don't know if your truck is lifted or not but I've seen plenty of lifted trucks with messed up caster from trying to get the right driveshaft angle that had zero return to center.

I've had alot of steering box problems in other vehicles (sector shafts stripping, seal problems, top of the box blowing off) but have never had a steering box that caused return to center problems. Not saying it can't, just in my experience I haven't had it.

Reading it again now I see you are 2wd and all my experience is 4wd so probably not the issue but I'll post it anyway.
