Truck Just Dies

I have a 2003 Ford F350 6.0 When the truck is idleing sometime it will just die as if you turned the key off. It will restart no problem. Some times in idle the RPM's Will go up and down 3 or 4 times than it my or may not die. I have change the filters with no luck. Any ideals??????
Thanks pkbell

Possibly wire chaffing.

Wire Chaffing Locations
Upper left valve cover or valve cover stud, near the FICM
Idler pulley under the thermostat (wiring routed around the power steering pump)
Left front valve cover hold-down bolts/studs
Exhaust Pressure (EP) sensor bracket at thermostat housing
Right valve cover at Glow Plug Control Module (GPCM)
Accelerator Pedal pivot point under dash
PCM harness at battery box
CKP wiring near A/C compressor and belt tensioner
Front left of intake manifold near breather tube and air inlet duct
Injector harnesses
Check injector harnesses and FICM harness for backed out or bent pins
FICM and ICP harness recall

Does it seem to happen when you hit bumps? I had the same issue and what happened was the connector for the throttle body had worked itself loose and was grounding out against one of the fuel lines. I am sure this is just the same as having a wire chaffing issue.
