Turbo out????

Today when I left the house, the exhaust never got quiet after start up and almost no boost would register on the gauge. Also very down on power. Obviously the vanes in the turbo are not closing down. Does anyone know if the turbo might be out, or is just something electronic that controls the vanes gone bad?

Had my turbo replaced last week.Dealer had 5 other trucks needing the same.Runs great now!!!

Have been seeing majority of turbo concerns being stuck vanes. Most likely will be needing a turbo. Also try to cut down on idle time, this allows soot/carbon to build up and make things stick.
