Re: Are we out of the woods????

I have zero issues with my 05 with about 23K on it.

I think that if this 6.0L becomes a problem I will just put a Cummins in it and be done with it. It would be about the same as a new 6.0L and most think this would be the best of both worlds. I don't know but I have a while to think it over.

Re: Are we out of the woods????

I do thinkd a Cummins in a Ford would be cool. I know that there are many that dont agree with what I just said, but I dont care. The Cummins is a Dam good engine, I dont care what anyone says. I do like the Powerstroke a little better though. (thats why I paid 10 grand more to get a Ford)

Re: Are we out of the woods????

244,000 on my 01 250. The only thing I've HAD to replace is the HPOP and Upper and Lower ball-joints on Drivers side!! Drivers side being under water for 10 hours didn't help that side!!

Re: Are we out of the woods????

I wouldn't mind taking a ford chasis and body and putting a cummins in it and bolting an allison behind it. That would be a tough truck!
