Where to get block heater cord?

Does anyone have a link of where to get a block heater cord for an 06 6.0? I have a truck that came from the south with no cord!

Thanks so much in advance....

I bought mine from ebay it was around $10 if you order it from Ford it will cost $100. Actually I was told that the trucks didn't come with one that you had to buy one even if you bought it new. The guy I bought mine from didn't have one, he said it didn't come with one so then I bought one last winter. Good Luck, let me know if you need help finding one.

If you have the cord it will be behind the passenger tow hook. If you need to install one you can get it from any truck dealer, farm store or off ebay. Just order the one for the dodge Cummins. It is the same cord used in everything from Detroit Diesels to the Dodge Cummins to some of the John Deer tractors. Here is a link to install it although i would put it into a wire loom. Walmart has 3/8in loom that works nicely. Diesel Technician Society

Easy install, i did the one on my 6.4 and it took less then 10min.

Take a look at the lower right side of the engine for the heater probe. There is an amphenol plug on the side of the block where the heater cord plugs into. If there is a cap on the plug then you do not have the cord in the truck. I ordered mine from my local Ford dealer and got it in 3 days for about $70.00. My truck came from Florida originally and did not have one installed.
