white smoke/cold weather-low delta-coolant loss

As title says Im getting white smoke when its cold out (not just at start up) loosing coolant (no puking) Deltas still good. Was in east Tenn.working had to bring 30' TT home and Deltas ran 8 to 11 max. So Ive got all kinds of things running through my head,
??? EGR cooler??? HEAD GASKETS???
no water in oil, not puking, deltas good, are my low coolant temps related?
Do I order studs and gaskets and tear in? What do I do to diagnoise, or tear in and test coolers and do I delete or put in BPD egr cooler if its bad

What kind of numbers do you have, how low is the coolant temps should be 190-192* EOT 196-198* these are my number then when pull my 14k 5er add 10* to eack on average. Running cold is not good. Does the smoke smell sweet antifreeze or like fuel.

GI JOE Delta = the difference between ECT, engine coolant temp and EOT, engine oil temp. Ect runs as low as mid 160s when in upper tweenties to about 185 when in the eighties. exhaust has a funny smell dont know if its coolant or fuel additives. To me diesel dont smell like it did before ULSD, just like ethonal gas dont smell the same. If it was auto antifreeze I think I could smell the difference but not sure about this Cat coolant. Oh need to add to signature degas cap replaced this summer ,When I was chasing the low temps , ( not loosing coolant then.) 2 stroker how would you procede ?

To start with if it is coolant it will smell sweet it not could be a bad injector (fuel) and your coolant temps are way to LOW stuck open. A stock Ford t/stat STARTS to open at 192.2* and is FULLY open at 219.2*. You could pull the egr valve and check when it is cold if it is damp or wet you have a bad egr cooler.

Got a wiff of coolant in exhaust to day. Have ran the tank low and only added small amounts of fuel, with no additives, then filled it today, and got the smell. I guess cetane booster was masking smell. So I have coolant in exhaust. Been searching boards and watching you tube vids. Trying to get a handle on what all I need to do. Thinking studs and gaskets. Not sure how I want to handle the egr. If money was no object I would do something similar to the IRP kits, W/full flow coolant filter before oil cooler. THen centrifical oil filter. But may go cheaper route.I like the idea behind the IRP kit. But not sure. Got a lot of part numbers, dummy plugs, gaskets, sct fitting. Did'nt find anything for turbo drain or oil tube. Need a list of all that stuff, preventive maintance stuff and how much is really needed and what is just fluff.Wish Ford had fixed more of that kind of stuff. On the ECT I know its to low. But cant figure it out. Changed thermostat (twice) changed temp senser, have new degas cap. when I did my flush , I put in new water pump. just cant figure out what else could be causing it. Also can put card board in front of radiator and get temps up but has to be almost completly covered. This was when I was doing my flush, and when temp went up deltas went to 2 or 3 degrees. I will order another thermostat when I place an order to Tousley for all the ford stuff I'll need . I'm planning on doing the work myself. tempted to dig in and test as I take stuff out. Just afraid EGR cooler would be one of those craks that only leak when the superheated exhaust goes through. Hell I had a leak in a car that would let the antifreeze by but not the water.would put 50/50 in and it would delute till it was almost all water. So I'm used to wierd stuff happening.
