alright well my truck got totaled so im lookin at an '05 f-250 6.0 with 115,000 miles. when i test drove it, the truck had no loss of power and felt normal but when i would be at a stop light and step on the trottle wide open it would blow whitish grey smoke at first then turn black. it only blew this white smoke from a dead stop. truck will hit 28 psi boost and also hold boost, jus wonderin bout this smoke. it has a k&n cold air and 4" exhaust but no programmer. and no leaks on the motor from what i saw aft test drive.

That Color Smoke is likely STEAM caused by a leak of coolant into the combustion chamber via the Head Gasket - or more likely the Oil Cooler. If this is from a dealership get a guarantee with the vehicle if you can. If not - look for another vehicle. There are lots of them our there without such an obvious problem.
