Help is greatly appreciated. I woke up to a puddle of coolant under my 03 6.0L last week.
I added a little coolant and watched my aftermarket temp gauge for several days. I never get hotter than 205. Even after being shut down. So I did not pay it much attention.
But today the puddle was back, and actively dripping. There was about ¼ inch of coolant
sitting on top of the motor, under the turbo. I started it and went the 10 miles to work and there is no sign of coolant leaking.
Can you guys advise me where to start.
I do run hard on the interstate like 80-90 mph sometimes, but there is always adequate cool down time.
When the truck pukes coolant comes out of the cap on the overflow tank is that correct.
( I do have a Banks six gun which is run on level 3 out of 6, also intake and exhaust. )

FX..scroll down & read about coolant expelling 6.0 PowerStroke bulletins You could try...Check level of coolant in tank after eng. warmed up. If coolant way up (careful taking cap off) drawn it down to min. level, wipe off any overflowed coolant. Take test drive, any puking? Repeat same test, but put pcm back to stock program..any puking? Kinda trial/error, rereading TSB & updates here. Good luck!
I would put money on the EGR crossover hose, if its original it will be orange. Its located directly under the front of the turbo. It can be replaced in less than 20 minutes with the proper hand tools, i just fixed mine.
Hey guys, I've got a new blue hose on my 05 and it leaks from time to time. Is there a way I can replace this hose without removing the turbo and everthing else?

I had the exact same symptoms, it was a failed crimp fitting on my heater hose right behind the turbo.
