2001 leaking at turbo or pedestal

Hello, I have 2001 f 250 7.3 powerstroke with 42,000, hard to start, got the romps or loping, sent to dealer, they found fuel leak top of engine passenger side, base oil resevoir empty, cold start oil pressure test OPSI? replaced IPR, ICP, oil pressure still low, replaced high pressure oil pump, pressure still low, front engine plate leaking, remove engine, replace front engine plate, reinstall engine. 5970.00 bill. picked up truck Christmas eve, when I got home alot of oil wascoming off the torque convertor cover and starter, checked oil, 2 quarts low, started motor oil leaking from turbo or tubo pedestal and engine idles high, must tap pedal to bring down, idles high again, sounds loike sucking from one of turbo hose clamps, also looks like turbo pedestal missing front bolt or bolts. Does turbo have to removed before removing engine and how many bolts does pedstal have? Dealer ids coming to pick up truck this morning. Thanks to all who reply.
