2002 Wiring Diagram

Does anyone have a 2002 wiring diagram that would include the starter circuit? I am still having trouble with my starter as posted here Starter Screech

I have replaced the starter with a new motorcraft starter, and the starter ground again today on the flywheel when hot. Because of the issue only coming up when the truck is warm, for example after sitting 15 minutes and restarted, I am leaning towards some sort of electrical wiring issue. The battery leads are in ok condition they have had some corrosion on them but not terrible. I swapped the under dash realy and fuse with same size fuses that were somewhere else, but am also wanting to see everything on the starter ciruit and what else i might need to look at. Thanks for the help.
