7.3 diesel trouble codes

I decided to get the autoenginuity scan tool to check out my truck. The truck has been running well but seems a little underpowered when towing about 18000 fully loaded. Also seems to have some electrical issues like the door ajar sensor is always on even though I replaced all the door ajar sensors and it did not fix the problem. The radio only turns off after you leave the vehicle closed up for 5-10 minutes. Also the headlights don't buzz to let you know they are still on when you leave the vehicle. The dome light sometimes turns on when you get in and other times nothing until the key is turned. I am not able to program a new remote to unlock the doors.

Do I need A NEW vsm?

Truck is 2002 7.3l diesel dually 4.10 gears, 202k miles with ts performance 6 pos chip, afe stage 2, 4" turbo back exhaust. all problems listed above were present before adding mods. After the mods I have good power but high egt's. I just replaced the up pipes and it seems much better but I have not tried it fully loaded. Only ran with the camper in the back so about grossing about 12k lbs. fully loaded I tow a trailer also to get to 18000k.

Trouble codes found:

KOEO test found:
P0605 internal control module read only memory error

Buzz test
all cylinders sounded good

Diagnostic trouble Codes:
P1804 4 wheel drive high indicator circuit failure
P1828 transfer case counterclockwise shift relay circuit failure
P1139 water in fuel indicator circuit
B1352 ingnition key in circuit failure
U1950 ubp communications fault error
B2658 wait to start warning indicator circuit open
U1262 scp (j1850) communications bus fault
P1119 manifold air temp circuit high
P0381 glow plug/heater indicator circuit
P0603 internal control module keep alive memory (KAM) error

Sounds like a VSM issue.

is there a way to narrow down if it is pcm or vsm?

It is not the PCM, the VSM controls all the stuff you mention problems with. Last I checked they ran around $100, but require the dealer to program it.
