The 99 should be close to the same as the 2000. here's a link to the 2000 my owner's manual http://www.thedieselstop.com/faq/949...er%20Guide.pdf

Hope this helps.

Here's a link to the '99 Owner's Guide. This is also for '99.5.
http://www.thedieselstop.com/faq/949...er%20Guide.pdf

The fuse panel (under dash) in on page 151.

The fuse panels and relay boxes under the hood is called the power distribution center. It's on page 155. The power distribution center is in a black box under the hood on the driver's side near the windshield. Note that relay positions 38, 39 and 40 are not shown. 38 and 39 are the trailer tow backup lights and trailer battery charge relays, in a small relay box beside the bigger power distribution center. 40 is another seperate relay box, for ESOF if you have that.

I drove a hand-me-down 2003 F-150 SuperCrew 4.6L 2V for a while, but it was unacceptable for towing more than a rowboat. Replacement is a 2012 F-150 EcoBoost SuperCrew Lariat that tows my 5,000-pound TT like a dream.
