I am asking for a friend, as you can see I have a 94 stroke.
He has a lot of strange electrical glitches, like, domelights staying on, horn going of on its own, dashlights coming on, coming outside and hearing his radio playing etc, etc.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Have you been getting a lot of rain where you friend lives? Sounds like a wet GEM module from a cowl or windshield leak. The GEM module is on the back of the fuse panel inside the truck.
