Bad bearing?

Besides the starting issue I have a roaring sound in the truck at 65-75 mph. I have Good Year Mud Terrain tires so noises can be hard to pin point. I can hear the tire noise but when it gets to 65 it is a moan like what a bad U-joint would sound like. I checked them adn they are good. I don't know what these bearing will do or sound like when they go. Would they make noise all the time or just at certain speeds? Thanks

Have you pulled the drive shaft to verify it's not a u-joint? If you have a frozen joint, it won't have any play in it and appears to be ok, but won't move when you have the drive shaft out. That's what was causing my driveline vibration and noise.
