Welcome to TheDieselStop

Are you getting a Check Engine Light? Since you had injector work done, they may not have gotten one of the injector harnesses securely connected under the valve covers.

How many miles has it been since you had the injectors replaced? Doing that introduces air into the HP oil system, which takes a bit of time to work out. That can make it run raggedy for a while. The cure is to take it out and romp on it for about 20-30 minutes. That gets the air bled out of the system.

Or it could be another bad injector. Did they rerun the tests after completing the work?
