Brief power loss-EBPV sticking?

This morning I pulled out of my driveway after letting the truck idle for a few minutes as usual. Ambient temperature was about 45-the high idle was just kicking in as I got into the truck and it kicked off as soon as I got on the brake to shift into drive as it should have. I didn't notice any power loss going through my development as I don't go much faster than 25-30 anyway, but when I turned right at the stop sign onto the county highway I had no power. My RPMS were up around 3K but I was barely doing 35. I was about to pull over to the side to let a car pass and try to assess the problem, but when I feathered the pedal a little and the floored it one more time it was like the truck had gotten a swift kick in the ass! From then on it was completely fine. Does this sound like a sticky EBPV? If so I know where to find the cleaning instructions, I just wanted to put it out there before I tore into it looking for a problem.

Nobody? It was fine this morning and the temperatures were about the same. I just want to be sure that its not some sort of more serious problem.
