A/C blows hot after running fine then gets cold again?

i turn it off for a minute or 2 and it's cold again. it seems to have a good charge. i wonder if it could be the clutch fan? maybe the a/c is building to much head pressure? it's a 2000 with 143000.

That or maybe your blower door is not staying shut,,,and it's moving from heat to AC...dont know exactly if this would be possible. But if you have a vacume leak then it may be plausible.
If you have the hood up you can tell when the ac is engaged and when it is'nt. Maybe watch the compressor?
