Changes in camshaft and crankshaft?

Hello:
I have a 99 F-350 that has a crankshaft is slightly out of spec (0.002") and a worn lobe in the camshaft.
I have a good crankshaft and a good camshaft from a 1996 truck, does anybody know if there were any changes in crank and cam between those years? I would like to use these because they will save me a lot of time, but don't want to if they are not going to work right.
Thank you,
Alejandro
